Gaming Promotions

A kiosk provided by Odds On Promotions will be located in the lobby near the Tioga Rewards Players Club. Starting on September 2, 2025, players can swipe their Rewards Club cards at a kiosk up to one time every day, Tuesday through Sunday, to make their picks for the listed pro football games for that week. Picking the winner of every game presented for that week along with answering the tie breaker question constitutes as an entry. Once the games for the week have been completed, the top 10 winning entries will receive prizes as follows: 1st place – $500 cash, 2nd place – $400 cash, 3rd place – $300 cash, 4th place $200 cash, 5th place $100 cash, 6th through 10th place – $50 free play. In addition, if a contestant correctly picks 215 winners from games presented throughout the promotion using their best entry every week, they will be awarded $1,000,000.

• Must be a Tioga Downs Casino Resort Tioga Rewards Players Club member to participate.
• Must be 21 years of age or older to participate.
• Excluded patrons are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
• The memory logs of the promotional software are the sole determinants of whether or not a contestant is an insured prize winner. Entry receipts and reports are used for informational purposes only and will not be considered in determining if a contestant is an insured prize winner.
• Tampering with the Swipe Play & Win software or the game kiosk is strictly prohibited. Evidence of any act or submission that changes the functionality of the Swipe Play & Win software or game kiosk will cause a claim to be denied.
• All grand prize winning plays are subject to verification by Odds On Promotions whose decisions are final and binding.
• The OOP kiosk will not be connected to the Tioga Downs database or have access to player information.
• Agents, successors, or assignees of Tioga Downs Casino or any promotional agency involved with this promotion shall be ineligible to participate and/or claim any reimbursable prize within.
• All employees of Tioga Downs, Vernon Downs, their spouses, siblings, children and/or other dependents living in the same residence are not eligible to win. Offer void where prohibited or restricted.
• Names and likenesses of promotion winner(s) may be used by Tioga Downs Casino Resort and Odds On Promotions for promotional purposes without further compensation.
• Prizes are non-transferable
• Swiping an eligible Tioga Rewards Player’s Club card, picking the winner of every pro football game presented, and answering the tiebreaker question presented will constitute an entry.
• In order to qualify for prize reimbursement, an eligible contestant must pick two hundred fifteen (215) winners of the pro football games presented throughout the promotion using their best entry (result) of each week.
• Weekly cash winners (1st through 5th place) will have until 11:59pm on the Friday following the completion of that week’s games to claim their prize at the Tioga Rewards Club. Cash prizes unclaimed by the weekly deadline will be forfeited.
• Weekly free play winners (6th through 10th place) will have the free play amounts automatically added to their accounts upon verification by Tuesday at 1pm following the completion of that week’s games.
• The first tie breaker for weekly prizes is the contestant closest to the tie breaker question. If a tie still exists after the tie breaker question, the tie breaker is order of entry.
• In the event of grand prize winner (215 or more wins), the winner will be paid by Odds On Promotions after verification ($1,000,000 40-year annuity).
• OOP is not responsible for late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.
• OOP is not responsible for any prize reimbursement resulting from configuration error or software, hardware or machine malfunction.
• All conditions as outlined in the contract between Odds on Promotions and Tioga Downs Casino Resort are to be considered part of the rules of the promotion.
• Winners must present a State/Federal valid photo identification before prize can be claimed.
• All decisions made by Tioga Downs Casino Management are final and binding.
• Names and likenesses of promotion winner(s) may be used by Tioga Downs Casino and Odds On Promotions for promotional purposes without further compensation.
• For names of winners, available at the conclusion of the offer, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Marketing Department, Tioga Downs Casino, 2384 West River Rd, Nichols, NY 13812. In the unlikely event that the promotion will not operate correctly, the onsite representative from the NYSGC will be notified immediately. Prizes will be delayed until the system has regained stability. If the system fails to stabilize, casino management will be notified immediately and a decision will be made whether to postpone or cancel the promotion.

Taxes: Any valuation of the prize(s) stated awarded in this contest is based on available information provided to Tioga Downs Casino from the provider, and the value of any prize awarded to a winner will be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Each winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes related to the prize(s) and paying any expenses associated with any prize(s) which are not specifically provided for in the official rules. Each winner must provide the Company with valid identification and a valid taxpayer identification number or social security number before any prize will be awarded. Any person winning a prize valued over $100 from Tioga Downs Casino must fill out a prize winner form before the prize can be granted. Each winner will be responsible and required to fill out a W-9 I.R.S. Tax Form before a prize over $100 in value can be granted. Taxes are the sole responsibility of the Club Member. Each winner shall hold harmless Tioga Downs Casino and any affiliated company, the State of New York, and any agents, officers, employees against any damage, loss, claim or liability arising from participation in this promotion.

Guests can earn entries from November 1 through November 29. For every 10 tier points accumulated on the guest’s Tioga Rewards Player’s Club Card, 1 entry is earned for the Saturday drawings. To be eligible for the drawings, players’ entries must be activated any time after 4pm on the day of the drawings by playing at any gaming machine or table game with their Tioga Rewards Player’s Club card inserted or by handing their Tioga Rewards Player’s Club card to a table games representative who will then scan the card into the Casino Market Place system. To be eligible for the 11pm drawing on 11/29, players’ entries must be activated any time after 10pm on 11/29 by playing at any gaming machine or table game with their Tioga Rewards Player’s Club card inserted or by handing their Tioga Rewards Player’s Club card to a table games representative who will then scan the card into the Casino Market Place system. Drawings will be conducted by Electronic Quick Draw through the Casino Market Place System. Once the winners have been verified, they will be awarded their prize.

PRIZE STRUCTURE
On 11/1, 11/8, 11/15, 11/22, 11/29 – Two (2) winners for $500 in cash each hour from 5pm through 10pm. On 11/29, there will be one (1) winner at 11pm that will be awarded all unclaimed prizes from the previous drawings from this promotion.

• Winners must be present to win. Winners will have three (3) minutes to claim their prize by reporting to the Tioga Rewards Player’s Club or a gaming floor supervisor. If winner does not report within the allotted three (3) minutes, that prize will not be awarded and will be added to the 11pm drawing on the last promotion date (11/29/25) as part of the “grand prize”.
• The 11pm drawing on 11/29 will be redrawn, if necessary, as many times that are necessary to award the prize.
• Must be a Tioga Rewards Player’s Club card member.
• Must be 21 years of age or older to participate. Must be present to collect prize. Prizes are non transferable. All decisions made by Tioga Downs Casino Management are final and binding. Limit one prize per person per promotional night excluding the grand prize drawing on 11/29. Excluded patrons cannot participate in promotion.
• Winners must present a State/Federal valid photo identification before prize can be claimed. Winners will be allowed fifteen (15) minutes to obtain identification if on property. If ID is not presented within the allotted time, the winner will forfeit the prize.
