Gaming Promotions

Starting on the first day of the month and lasting until the drawing date, Tioga Rewards Player’s Club card members will earn entries for a chance to win up to $100,000 every Saturday in June. For every 10 tier points accumulated on the guest’s Rewards Club Card, 1 entry is earned.

Each Saturday in June (6/6, 6/13, 6/20, 6/27), players that have earned entries will also be entered to win up to $100,000 every hour from 5-10pm. To be eligible, Players’ entries must be activated any time within one hour of each drawing on the day of the drawings by playing at any gaming machine or table game with their Rewards Club card inserted or by handing their Rewards Club card to a table games representative who will then scan the card into the Casino Market Place system. Four (4) winners will be drawn every hour from 5pm-10pm to play the electronic game board provided by Odds On Promotions. Once the winners’ names have been verified, they will play the electronic game board. Guests will be instructed to select electronic icons to reveal either a winning icon or losing icon starting with the bottom level. If the guest successfully reveals a winning icon on the bottom level, they will repeat the process with the next level above that. If they successfully reveal a winning icon on all ten levels, they will win $100,000. If they reveal a losing icon on one of the levels, they will receive the following prizes based on the last level with a winning icon:

3 Winning Icons – $250 free play
4 Winning Icons – $300 free play
5 Winning Icons – $400 free play
6 Winning Icons – $500 free play

• On Saturdays, when winners’ names are drawn, they will have three (3) minutes to report to the Tioga Rewards Player’s Club or a gaming floor supervisor. If a winner is not identified or not present within the three (3) minutes there will be no redraws and the prize will be forfeited.
• All grand prize winning plays are subject to verification by Odds On Promotions and Obsidian Specialty Insurance Company whose decisions are final and binding.
• A contestant is not a winner of a grand prize, even if the visual display should so indicate, unless the odds established by the intended parameters of the promotion are beaten, as solely determined by the random number generators and memory logs of the promotion software, and the winning play did not occur as a result of any other scenario including but not limited to human error, software error, or machine malfunction.
• In order to qualify for insured prize reimbursement, an eligible contestant must achieve an OOP provided prize level in the game sequence as solely determined by the two (2) independent Random Number Generators (RNGs) contained within the eGameBoard software generating the same number within the programmed odds range of numbers.
• Current employees, family members, agents, successors, or assignees of Tioga Downs Racetrack LLC dba American Racing & Entertainment or any promotional agency involved with this promotion shall be ineligible to participate and/or claim any reimbursable prize within.
• The RNGs and memory logs of the eGameBoard software are the sole determiners of whether or not a contestant is an insured prize winner. Neith the visual/graphic display nor the audio output will be considered in determining an insured prize winner.
• Names and likenesses of promotion winner(s) may be used by Tioga Downs Racetrack LLC dba American Racing & Entertainment and Odds On Promotions for promotional purposes without further compensation.

Three (3) spaces will be labeled $500 Cash. The remaining twelve (12) spaces will be labeled $100 Free Play. Each contestant will spin the wheel to reveal their prize. Once verified, the guest will be awarded their prize.

Starting in January, Tioga Rewards Club members will be allowed to exchange points for free play on Mondays & Tuesdays in amounts of $5 – $50. Players will select the amount to be purchased based on their point availability and personal preference. Players may redeem the offer on any or all of the above listed dates.
