No Show Policy on Services
Serenity Spa adheres to a strict no- show policy. All appointments must have a credit card on file to hold your appointment. If you chose not to enter a credit card on file, you may pay for the scheduled service ahead time using your VIP voucher, points, cash, gift card or credit card.  We do ask that this is paid at least 48 hours ahead of time to confirm that appointment.

We ask that you arrive by the start time of your appointment, or you will be considered a no-show. All no-show appointments will result in being charged the full-service price. If the card on file is declined, we will place the balance on your account, and this will need to be paid before scheduling another service. We appreciate your understanding.
